Were you always planning to be an accountant and why?

During my Grade 7 prom we were questioned about what we would like to become when we grow up and since then I have stuck to "Accountant", back then I couldn’t say why but as the years went on I knew it was because I have the natural flair for the profession. I have driven myself with this passion for numbers and studied through UNISA to become an honest and hardworking accountant.

When meeting with clients do they mostly come to your own premises or do you mostly go their theirs?

I mostly go to my clients

No

The assistance I can provide to make businesses and people to better themselves and assist in saving them money

Would you recommend accounting as a career for school-leavers, and why?

Yes, it is the most satisfying profession when your client can be happy with your work and be able to recommend your services. You have the ability to meet multi facet of people and businesses.

What qualities should South African business people be looking for in their accountant?

They should look for an honest, open minded, faithful, meticulous and not a hard but smart worker
